About Hotel Lobby AI
Hotel Lobby AI is a browser studio that turns two portraits into a fifteen-second rap cypher clip: one flat stage, one light, two performers locked to the same beat.
What It Is
The format is a template, not a prompt box. You load one front-facing photo into Slot A and one into Slot B, pick an export resolution, and the motion engine drives both characters through the same locked-off choreography: a lean, a shoulder roll, a head bob on the beat. Every clip is fifteen seconds and 9:16 vertical, which is exactly what Reels, Shorts and TikTok crop to.
Because the choreography never changes, the joke lands in the first second. Two pets, a cartoon rival beside a straight-faced friend, a grandparent next to a rapper: the contrast between the two subjects is what makes the clip readable in a feed.
How a Render Works
- Landmark pass. Facial landmarks and a body skeleton are fitted to both photos so the renderer knows where the jaw, brow and shoulder lines sit.
- Pose transfer. A keypoint track from the reference performance drives both subjects on a shared stage plane.
- Dual-subject warping. Each character is warped independently, which is what keeps two faces from smearing together when the pair leans in.
- Temporal blending. Frame-to-frame smoothing removes jitter and closes the loop at the fifteen-second mark.
The console streams all four stages to the progress monitor, so you can see exactly which pass is running and how much time is left.

Responsible Use
Upload photos you own or have permission to use, and get consent from every person shown. A face is personal data even when the photo is public. Before you generate, the console asks you to confirm both the photo rights and a no-deepfake pledge: no misleading, defamatory or non-consensual depictions, and no content involving minors. Label synthetic clips as AI-generated when you publish them.
