Terms of Service

Hotel Lobby AI is a web studio that turns two uploaded portraits into a fifteen-second rap-style motion clip. The motion template is fixed: you choose the photos and the export resolution, and there is no text prompt to write. Output is generated with automated machine-learning systems and may contain artefacts.

• You must be at least 13 years old. Users between 13 and 18 need a parent or guardian's involvement.
• Sign-in is handled by Google. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for everything done through your session.
• You must provide accurate information and may not share, resell or transfer your account or credit balance.

• Every generation is paid for with studio credits. Current rates are 480p for 45 credits, 720p for 95 credits and 1080p for 180 credits per 15-second video.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
• Credits never expire and are not transferable. Re-rendering the same pairing spends credits again.
• Prices are shown in US dollars before any applicable tax, which is added at checkout where required.
• Payments are processed by a third-party provider. We never store your card or bank details.
• A render that fails on our side is not charged. If credits are deducted for a clip that never completes, contact support and we restore them.

Unspent credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Once credits have been spent on completed renders, the service has been delivered and those purchases are final. To request a refund, email support@hotel-lobby-ai.videowith the subject line "Refund Request", the email you signed in with, and the approximate purchase time.

You agree not to use the service to create, upload or distribute:

• Deepfakes or any synthetic depiction intended to deceive, defraud or misrepresent a real person's words or actions.
• Non-consensual, intimate, sexualized or harassing content involving any real person.
• Any content depicting minors in a sexual, violent or otherwise exploitative way.
• Content that impersonates a public figure, brand or organisation in a misleading way, or that implies an endorsement that does not exist.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights, including third-party broadcast footage or unlicensed music.
• Content that is defamatory, hateful, threatening, or unlawful in your jurisdiction.

You also agree not to scrape the site, resell access, attack or overload the infrastructure, attempt to reverse engineer the render pipeline, or bypass credit, rate-limit or authentication controls.

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the clips you generate. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit that content solely to operate the service, including rendering your video and storing the result until it expires. You confirm that you own or have permission to use every photo you upload and that every identifiable person shown has consented to this use.

Because output is machine generated, we do not claim authorship of your clip, but you are responsible for how you use it. Label AI-generated clips where you publish them, and do not present a synthetic clip of a real person in a misleading context.

The Hotel Lobby AI site, its name, layout, copy and code are protected by intellectual property law and are ours or licensed to us. This project is independent and fan-made: it is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any artist, label, producer or broadcast platform whose aesthetic inspired the trend, and no broadcast footage or third-party audio is hosted on this site.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, adjust credit rates, or limit rendering capacity, with reasonable notice for material changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific render quality, or that output will meet any particular purpose or platform requirement. If we permanently discontinue the service, we will give notice and refund unspent credits on request.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or reputation.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Hotel Lobby AI harmless from claims, damages and costs arising from content you upload or generate, your breach of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, if you break these terms, create a legal or security risk, or attempt to abuse the credit, refund or fairness systems.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Amsterdam have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence grants you a stronger protection.
